Frequently Asked Questions
Can you guarantee savings?
For my Complete Care clients, I am going to do my best to get you everything you may need out of your government provided Medicare plan before pointing you to supplemental plans. I'm going to look for every loop-hole and consideration to find the best opportunities for you. Unfortunately, some conditions just aren't covered very well.
However, most of my clients do see savings in their medical spending as they have overlapped plans or are paying for something they never needed.
Who qualifies for Medicare?
- Those aged 65 or older and are eligible for Social Security: You may be automatically enrolled in Medicare Part A (hospital insurance) when you reach age 65 and become eligible for Social Security. But, if you’re not receiving retirement benefits from Social Security or the Railroad Retirement Board (for instance, because you’re still working), you must sign up for Medicare Part B when you meet the age requirement, as your enrollment isn’t automatic.
- Be permanently disabled and receive disability benefits for at least two years: You automatically get Part A and Part B after you get disability benefits from Social Security for 24 months or certain disability benefits from the Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) for 24 months.
- Have end-stage renal disease (ESRD) (permanent kidney failure that requires dialysis treatment or a kidney transplant): You need to sign up for Medicare, as your enrollment isn’t automatic.
- Have Lou Gehrig’s disease (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, or ALS): You automatically get Part A and Part B the month your disability benefits begin.

What is the difference between Medicare and Medicaid?
Medicare is a medical insurance program for people over 65 and younger disabled people and dialysis patients. This is a program you've paid into through your career and that you're entitled to!
Medicaid is an assistance program for low-income patients' medical expenses.
When can I sign up for Medicare?
You are first eligible to sign up for Medicare 3 months before you turn 65.
Additionally, people younger than 65 who receive Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits can generally get Medicare 24 months after they become eligible for disability benefits.
Can I get penalties removed?
In some cases, Yes!
If you already have Medicare, yet have unfortunately had objections and received penalties for them, schedule a Medi-Clarity appointment with me, and we can look into these options.
How soon should I talk to Full Hearts?
Schedule a meeting with me 4 months before your 65th birthday for best results!
Alternatively, if you already have Medicare and want to ensure you are on the correct plan or never signed up for Medicare, we definitely need to talk!
